4.3 Vivino Stars (45+ Reviews)
Sparkling wine lovers, get ready to level up the style quotient on your celebrations! Here’s your chance to stock up on an elusive (and Vivino exclusive) Réserve Grower Champagne for your next celebration!
André Fourrier was the first winemaker to produce his own Champagne in Baroville in the early 20th century. His work gave rise to what would become Philippe Fourrier, a fifth-generation family producer of Champagne that is among the rare grower/producers in the region. Their vineyards, located in the Barsuraubois in Baroville, in the prestigious Côte des Bar region, are planted primarily to Pinot Noir and sustainably farmed (including rainwater and waste recovery). While difficult to find, their grower Champagnes are a true treat for those who prize authentic, honest sparkling wines.
Wine Enthusiast 90 Points
A ripe blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, this has just the right amount of bottle age to preserve the apple freshness while hinting at maturity. The Champagne is ready to drink.
