On the palate, it balances vibrant acidity with velvety tannins, revealing flavors of black fruit, licorice, and dark chocolate, finishing smooth and persistent. This wine shares a structural kinship with classic Taurasi wines but is approachable earlier, showcasing the volcanic terroir of Irpinia. It pairs beautifully with rich meat dishes such as braised beef or grilled lamb, enhancing its savory depth.
