Vineyard 29’s 2021 Cru Cabernet Sauvignon St. Helena opens with deep, pure aromas of **blackcurrant, dark cherry and plum**, layered with graphite, cedar and a touch of cocoa.
On the palate it is **medium to full-bodied and polished**, with ripe yet structured tannins and vibrant freshness in a style reminiscent of modern Pauillac. Dark berries, cassis and black plum are joined by notes of tobacco, spice and scorched earth, leading to a long, focused finish. This is a cellar-worthy Napa Cabernet that still drinks impressively well in its youth.
Serve decanted alongside grilled ribeye, lamb chops or a mushroom and black pepper risotto.
