Paul Bara Special Club Rosé Brut Grand Cru 2018 displays a pale salmon hue with fine, abundant bubbles. The nose opens with chalk, hazelnut, acacia honey, pruned almond, white vine peach, and lychee, evolving into citrus layers of pineapple, Menton lemon, mirabelle plum, and candied zest.
On the palate, ripe flavors of Menton lemon, Florida grapefruit, and southern Italian bergamot lead to a full, generous body with superb minerality and a saline finish. This Bouzy Grand Cru blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay offers the ripe depth and finesse of the 2018 vintage.
