Poderi Luigi Einaudi Barolo Terlo Vigna Costa Grimaldi 2017 offers a classic expression of Nebbiolo from the calcareous marl soils of its historic Costa Grimaldi vineyard in Barolo. Garnet red in the glass, it reveals heightened aromas of floral notes, mint, licorice, and sweet spices.
On the palate, balanced yet pronounced tannins deliver a full-bodied, austere, and velvety structure with a long finish of goudron and spice. This structured wine shows great longevity, aging potential up to 20 years.
