Bright, mid-weight Pinot showing fresh red cherry, pomegranate and raspberry at the forefront, with a cedar-tinged floral lift and subtle lavender on the nose.
The palate is energetic and slightly savory, framed by fine-grained tannins and a mineral edge that keeps the finish brisk. Oak influence is measured—toasted spice and a hint of cinnamon—without overwhelming the fruit. Compared to classic coastal Pinots, it leans more fruit-forward and immediate than austere Burgundy but keeps a similarly delicate structure.
Serve slightly chilled (55–58°F) alongside roast chicken with herb butter or mushroom pasta.
