The 2022 Plaer Vinyes Velles is a rich, full-bodied Priorat led by ripe plum and dark berry fruit, with notes of licorice, Mediterranean herbs, slate and gentle oak. Concentrated and warming, it balances its power with fresh acidity and firm, mature tannins. Predominantly Cariñena with Garnacha, it offers a classic, mineral Priorat profile with excellent depth and length.
Serve slightly cool with slow-roasted lamb, grilled beef or hearty mushroom dishes.
