On the palate, it delivers medium body with plush tannins and balanced acidity, layering flavors of raspberry coulis, red licorice, and baking spices. Subtle notes of boysenberry, blackcurrant, plum, sage, and dark chocolate add depth and elegance. Very soft and delicate, it reveals a nicely constructed backbone that drinks well now or with cellaring. Enjoy with grilled ribeye steak at 62°F.
