One of the largest estates in the famous Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence, the AIX estate was founded in 1880, with the first vines planted almost 100 years later in 1973. AIX’s sustainably farmed, non-irrigated vineyards sit on a chalky, mineral-rich plateau at an elevation of 1,400 feet above sea level, where warm days and cool nights are tempered by the mistral winds.
