Andrew Will’s 2020 Two Blondes is a polished Yakima Valley red blend with a ripe core of black plum, dark cherry, and blackberry, accented by dried flowers, graphite, and a hint of herbal spice.

The palate is medium- to full-bodied, showing firm but polished tannins, brisk acidity, and a nicely focused mineral edge that keeps the wine lively. Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc add structure and savory complexity, while Merlot brings supple fruit and balance. It has a stylish, Right Bank-inspired feel without losing its Washington character.

Serve with grilled lamb chops, roast pork, or mushroom risotto.
