A classic, quietly serious Pessac-Léognan, Château Ferran 2021 offers pure blackcurrant and red cherry fruit framed by gentle smoke, graphite and a touch of cedar.
The palate is medium-bodied and finely structured, with silky tannins and fresh, lifted acidity that keep it elegant rather than heavy. Subtle earthy and tobacco notes nod towards the style of a young, lighter Château Haut-Bailly. This is a refined, early-drinking Graves that will also reward a few years in bottle.
Serve slightly cool with roast chicken, grilled lamb chops or a simple entrecôte and fries.
