A precise, energetic Brut Nature made from Pinot Meunier, with fine bubbles and a delicate salmon tint. Aromas of apricot, peach, rhubarb and citrus lead into a silky, dry palate with subtle spice, light liquorice and a chalky mineral finish. It has the clarity and tension of a grower Champagne, with a gently Burgundian feel rather than the richness of a conventional prestige cuvée.
