Château Mouton Rothschild 2015 is a deeply colored, richly layered Pauillac showing ripe blackberry, cassis, graphite, cedar, and a touch of spice.
The palate is full-bodied and polished, with dense yet silky tannins, lively freshness, and excellent balance. There’s real depth and precision here, with the oak beautifully integrated and the finish long, refined, and mineral-tinged. In style, it has the opulence of a great vintage Bordeaux, with a nod to the structure and seriousness of top-class Cabernet-based wines. Best enjoyed with roast lamb, beef tenderloin, or aged hard cheese.
