Château Mouton Rothschild 2020 is deep and polished, with ripe blackcurrant, blackberry, and subtle notes of graphite, mint, and cigar box.
The palate is full-bodied and layered, with very fine tannins, excellent freshness, and a long, mineral finish. It has the classic Pauillac authority and precision expected from Mouton, but with a more supple, generous feel than many stern Bordeaux benchmarks. Think of it as a grand, modern expression of First Growth Bordeaux: powerful, refined, and built to age gracefully.
Serve with roast lamb, beef rib, or truffled mushrooms.
