Bright, slate-driven Mosel Riesling with a very pure, fresh profile and a light, focused palate. It leans more toward crisp refreshment than sheer weight, with delicate fruit and a salty, animating finish. The style is classic Kabinett: low in alcohol, finely balanced, and easy to drink without feeling simple. In that sense, it sits closer to the lean, mineral side of Mosel Riesling than to richer, more opulent examples.
Serve lightly chilled with Vietnamese spring rolls or roast pork with apple.
