The 2022 Solar Ash Cabernet Sauvignon from Knights Valley offers a deep ruby hue with aromas of dark plum, cassis, violets, dark cocoa, licorice, and tobacco.
On the palate, rich dark fruit blends with mocha and spice, supported by stern yet elegant tannins and a long finish. This powerful yet refined wine echoes the depth of Napa icons like Quintessa. Full-bodied at 15% ABV, it drinks well now through 2035.
