4.1 Vivino Stars!
Looking for a great, reasonably-priced Pinot Noir with some age? Try this one.
Trisaetum’s James Frey learned from the best: Oregon’s Josh Bergström and Burgundy’s Jacques Lardiere (of Maison Louis Jadot). Today, Frey is producing some of the Willamette Valley’s most sought-after bottles—eschewing demand to make more wine, because that would mean sacrificing too much quality. Today’s 2013 Pinot is textbook Willamette Valley, with bright red fruit, vibrant acidity, a silky texture, and a hint of earthy spice—and the perfect amount of age.
