The 2021 Vineyard 29 Ceanda Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley offers a plush and layered experience with rich aromas of dark cherry, blackberry, boysenberry, and plum, complemented by notes of dark chocolate, cedar, and clove.
On the palate, it is round and sumptuous, featuring velvety mid-palate creaminess and balanced chewy tannins that carry through a lingering finish with hints of dried herbs and a subtle dusty character. This wine combines the depth and structure typical of top Napa Cabernets with a refined elegance reminiscent of classic Bordeaux blends. It is approachable now but has the structure to age gracefully for 15–20 years.
Serve it with grilled ribeye, roasted lamb, or hearty mushroom dishes to highlight its complexity and richness.
