Big news here. We’re very excited to announce that the Wine Bounty Alert System is live! We alluded to it in our April Monthly Recap and it is finally ready to test in primetime. The Alert System will let you decide which deals are most important to you and will send you an email when it becomes available. You will have complete control at your fingertips allowing you to set a minimum discount, minimum rating, or a specific region, vintage, varietal, producer, or bottle. It includes a keyword search function, so the limits are really left to your imagination! It’s all about making your hunt for that perfect deal even easier.
Once you create an account and login, you will see the below screen which will allow you set up an alert. Type in your keywords, give it a title, and set a maximum price and minimum discount. (Hint: If you want all price points set it crazy high and if you want any discount, you can set it to zero.) Finally, set your minimum rating and click “Add deal alert.”
That’s it! You now have your first deal alert set. There is no limit to the number of alerts you create so have fun with it. And since you can edit, pause, or delete an alert at any time, you will only be notified of those deals important to you.
